How do I use chat?
You can use the chat room to ask questions or find out information. http://www.lebedmethod.com/chat/ You will have to sign in for the first time and get a password, after that you can chat all the time, it is easy to do. “Get in Touch” box on the right side of the home page. Click on “Post a New Message” a new window will open asking for your subject, type in what you are looking for. You can then go into greater detail in the message box. When you are done, click on “Post new message” You a message window stating your message has been sent. You can close that window. Come back to visit often.

How do I register for a Healthy-Steps class?
“Find a Class” http://www.lebedmethod.com/classes/. Enter your zip code and the miles you are willing to travel and click “Find it Now” When you choose your class, click on the purple venue title. A new window will open with class information and how to register or contact the instructor.

Can I register for a Healthy-Steps class on line?
No. Class registration is done by the location registrars. “Find a Class” http://www.lebedmethod.com/classes/. Type in your zip code and the miles you are willing to travel and click “Find it Now” When you choose your class, click on the purple venue title. How can I find a Healthy-Steps class in my area?
Click “Find a Class” http://www.lebedmethod.com/classes/ On the bottom right hand side of the page, there is a place to type in your zip code, you decide how far you are willing to drive with the drop down menu below the zip code. Choose your country from the drop down menu and click on “Find it Now!” Click on the purple location for information about the class.

Where can I see a sample of a Healthy-Steps Class?

Click on the box next to First Name and enter your information. You can move down this form using your Tab key, do not press enter. Enter payment information. You can only register for trainings by Sherry Lebed Davis here, any other trainer, please visit the monthly calendar and find out their email or phone number and contact them directly.
